UNABLE TO REGISTER?
Sometimes previous occupants forget to release their Unit number on the website and it won't allow a new Owner or an Owner's new long term Tenant to use the Unit number to register. Just email us at [email protected] and we can assist you.

***ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE REQUIREMENT FOR OWNERS: IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY UPDATES/CHANGES/ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS TO YOUR EXTERIOR OF YOUR UNIT OR YOUR LAWN OR LANDSCAPING WHATSOEVER, YOU MUST SUBMIT A SKETCH/PLAN – WITH DETAILS REQUESTING APPROVAL FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE - TO [email protected] ; THE COMMITTEE HAS ONE MONTH TO APPROVE YOUR REQUEST BUT WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO APPROVE/DENY MORE QUICKLY.
