Where do I send my HOA dues?
Your $108.90 HOA due is to be in by the 1st of each month. Please forward your dues to our accountant at the following address.

How do I set up my trash service?
Call CARDS Sanitation at cardsrecycling.com or 1-877-59-CARDS or 918-256-7085. Be aware that trash cans need to be kept in garages unless set out for pick up day. Trash services are on Thursdays. If there is a holiday that week then it will be on Friday. You may set your trash carts out Wed evening and back in the garage by Friday evening.
I lost my house/mail key, does the HOA have a spare to get me in?
With the sale of all units and the transition to owner control, The Reserve HOA will not be responsible for access to homes. Please keep spares or keep the number of a locksmith on speed dial. According to postal service agreements we must keep spare postal keys on hand. Those are available during daytime business hours. Contact a board member to gain access.
My gate remote isn't working, what do I do?
First try changing the battery. If that doesn't work, you can order a new one online and program it by matching the array of tiny coding switches inside the case to match your old one. The HOA is not responsible for replacing the remotes that come with your home for the gates or the garage.

I forgot my gate code how do I get it?
We have a list of everyone's code. Just contact us and we will email it to you.
How do I access the fitness center?
The gym is accessed by an exterior door on the south side of the clubhouse. The code to enter in 8421. It will lock itself back.
How do I access the walk thru gate in the back?
Leaving the neighborhood through the gate does not require a code, you can simply walk up and open the gate. To enter the neighborhood via the gate you must input a code into the keypad. The code to enter in C3617. It will lock itself back.
