Fencing

Prior to having a fence installed you will need approval from the Board. Fencing along the common area pool, putting green, basketball court is prohibited.

There are three “Plat” documents located below. You will want to find the one with your corresponding layout; fill in your name, lot # (unit number), circle the fence style you want, and draw an outline of where the fence is going to be installed on the property. After this has been filled out, submit the request to the Board via email.
