Real Estate Agents
Please know that the HOA does not issue keys or remotes to agents. You will need to get everything from the owner.
We will grant gate codes for the unit to the owner and they can share it with you. They can request that code by email if they forgot it. If you are not the listing agent we would appreciate you contacting them for access codes.
Something useful to know is that mowing services are usually on a Wednesday. Trash services are on Thursday.
We would appreciate you getting us email and contact info for new owners after closing so we can invite them to join this site and get them orientated to the community.
